Thanksgiving is here, and you know what that means - food, family, and football! Last week we lamented the fact that six teams were on bye (spoiler alert: it’s happening again next week), but every team is playing this weekend (or on Monday if you want to be technical). And yeah, turkey is good too, I guess…

Now without further ado, let’s get to the good stuff.

Waiver Weapons - Week Thirteen:
Each week, Camaron and Chris highlight a player who is available in fewer than 33% of fantasy leagues, and who they believe you can start for the upcoming week (excluding kickers and defenses). Despite the byemaggedon, the waiver weapons were excellent in week twelve. Justice Hill and Roschon Johnson both scored touchdowns and finished as top 24 RBs. Hopefully our waiver weapons this week can keep up the momentum.
Camaron’s Pick: Trevor Lawrence, QB, JAX (31% rostered on Sleeper) - Somehow the Jaguars still have a chance at the NFL playoffs. With the Texans starting to fall apart, it is not impossible for the AFC South winner to have a record of 8-9. There is no reason they should not be giving it their all. The Texans have been one of the best QB matchups this season, and injuries have only made it easier. This game could be a shootout.
Chris’ Pick: Braylon Allen, RB, NYJ (40% rostered on Sleeper) - Yes, I am once again running afoul of our “33% or less” rostered percentage cutoff. Hopefully Cam doesn’t kill me for continuing to cheat. 40% isn’t that much higher than 33%, and if Breece Hall misses this week’s game against Seattle, it should be much higher. The Seahawks are almost a top-10 matchup for RBs (12th most PPR points allowed per game) and the Jets have proven that they very much enjoy running their offense through their RBs. If Breece ends up playing and you’re looking to fill a FLEX spot, roll with Devaughn Vele (33% rostered WR on Denver) instead.
